Efek Vitamin B1, B6, dan B12 terhadap Intensitas Nyeri, Kadar Interleukin 6 (IL-6), dan Interleukin 10 (IL-10) Pasca Seksio Sesarea

Abstract

ABSTRAK:

Latar Belakang: Nyeri pembedahan menjadi permasalahan yang dijumpai pada wanita pasca seksio sesarea/ Sectio Caesarea (SC). Manajemen nyeri pascabedah yang tidak optimal dapat meningkatkan morbiditas. Salah satu penanganan untuk nyeri akut pascabedah adalah penggunaan vitamin B1, B6, dan B12. Vitamin ini memiliki efek pada nyeri dan inflamasi.

Tujuan: Mengetahui peran vitamin B1, B6, dan B12 terhadap intensitas nyeri, kadar interleukin 6 (IL-6) dan interleukin 10 (IL-10) pada SC.

Subjek dan metode: Penelitian menggunakan uji klinis acak tersamar tunggal. Sampel terdiri atas 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok yang diberikan vitamin B1 100 mg, B6 100 mg, dan B12 1000 mcg secara intravena 1 jam sebelum pembedahan. Kelompok kontrol tidak diberikan vitamin B1, B6, dan B12. Sampel masing- masing kelompok 10 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik dengan tingkat kemaknaan α<0,05.

Hasil: Tidak ada perbedaan bermakna antara kedua kelompok pada numeric rating scale (NRS) dan kadar IL-6 (p>0,05). Meski demikian, intensitas nyeri dan kadar IL-6 pada semua waktu pengukuran cenderung lebih rendah pada kelompok intervensi. Terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna kadar IL-10 antara kedua kelompok pada 8 jam pasca SC (p< 0,05).

Simpulan: Vitamin B1, B6, dan B12 mampu meningkatkan kadar IL-10
