Efektivitas Vasopressor dalam Tatakelola Hipotensi Anestesi Spinal pada Seksio Sesarea: Tinjauan Sistematis

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Hipotensi adalah komplikasi umum yang terjadi setelah anestesi spinal pada seksio sesarea. Vasopresor, khususnya norepinefrin, digunakan untuk mengatasi hipotensi ini.
Tujuan: Tinjauan sistematis ini mengevaluasi efektivitas vasopresor dalam tata kelola hipotensi akibat anestesi spinal.
Subjek dan Metode: Pencarian literatur dilakukan di PubMed, Scopus, dan Google Scholar. Penelitian yang relevan dinilai kualitasnya menggunakan Cochrane Risk of Bias Tool dan Newcastle-Ottawa Scale. Data diekstraksi dan dianalisis.
Hasil: Tinjauan ini mencakup 20 penelitian. Norepinefrin efektif dalam meningkatkan tekanan darah. Infus kontinu memberikan stabilitas hemodinamik yang lebih baik dan lebih sedikit efek samping dibandingkan bolus. Tidak ada perbedaan signifikan dalam skor Appearance, Pulse, Grimace, Activity, dan Respiration (APGAR) neonatal antara kedua metode.
Simpulan: Norepinefrin, terutama infus kontinu, efektif dalam mengelola hipotensi pasca anestesi spinal pada seksio sesarea dengan profil keamanan yang baik untuk ibu dan bayi.
